AI Copilot
The AI Copilot is your on-demand business analyst. It has read access to your live operational data — sales, inventory, purchasing, staff, and forecasts — and can answer questions, surface trends, and recommend actions.
How to use the Copilot
Access the Copilot from the lightning bolt icon in the top navigation bar, or press Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) / Cmd+K (Mac) from anywhere in the app.
Type your question in natural language. The Copilot queries your data in real time and responds with an answer, often including a chart, table, or recommended action.
Example questions
Sales and revenue:
What are my top 5 products by revenue this week?How does today's sales compare to the same day last week?Which category had the highest margin last month?
Inventory:
Which products are below their reorder level right now?What's my total inventory value at cost?Show me the movement history for SKU COFFEE-HB-001
Purchasing and suppliers:
Which suppliers have had delayed deliveries in the last 30 days?How many invoices are pending approval?What's my average days-to-pay for this supplier?
Forecasting:
What should I reorder this week based on current stock and forecast demand?When will House Blend Coffee run out if sales continue at the current rate?
Taking actions via Copilot
If the Copilot identifies an action (e.g. a reorder recommendation), it will display a suggested action card. You review the proposed action and click Accept or Dismiss — the AI never acts without your confirmation for consequential operations.
Limitations
- The Copilot cannot access data outside your tenant workspace
- It cannot make payments or confirm purchases autonomously
- Answers are based on data available at query time — real-time only, no historical data before your FlexotiumPOS start date
