Review Queue
The Review Queue is the single place where anything requiring human attention surfaces. Instead of hunting through multiple modules for pending items, everything comes to you.
What appears in the queue

Severity levels
- High — requires immediate attention; may indicate financial exposure or operational disruption
- Medium — should be actioned within the working day
- Low — can be batched; no immediate operational impact
Processing queue items
Each item in the queue has an action button appropriate to the item type:
- Invoice approval → Approve / Reject
- AI action → Accept / Dismiss / Snooze
- Sync failure → Retry / Mark as resolved
- Variance → Investigate / Accept variance / Raise adjustment
Bulk actions
For items of the same type, you can select multiple and apply a bulk action. For example, select 10 low-value AI reorder suggestions and Accept all in one click.
Filtering the queue
Use the filter bar to show only specific item types, severities, or date ranges. Managers often filter to Invoice approvals + High severity during their morning review.
Notifications
Approvers are notified of new queue items via:
- In-app notification badge on the Review Queue icon
- Email digest (configurable: immediate, hourly, or daily)
- WhatsApp message (if WhatsApp integration is enabled)
